3. Subscription Services Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Subscription Cancellation

4.1 Free Trials

  • If you sign up for a subscription through a free trial, you must cancel the subscription before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged for the full subscription.

  • Failure to cancel within the trial period will result in your payment method being charged for the subscription at the regular price.

  • Free trial periods are limited to one per user unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion. Any subsequent attempts to take advantage of additional free trials may result in immediate termination of the trial and subsequent charges for the full subscription.

4.2 Promotional Discounts

  • Promotional discounts or offers are available for a limited time and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

  • Refunds for subscriptions purchased using a promotional discount will be calculated based on the discounted rate and not the regular subscription price.

  • If you cancel a subscription that was purchased with a promotional discount, you will still retain access to the services for the remainder of the current billing cycle at the discounted rate.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In cases where the original payment method is no longer valid (e.g., expired credit card), we may issue the refund via an alternative method, as agreed upon with the customer.
